A student visa, without the guesswork.
For students coming to Seville, gap year students included. We advise on the application, help you build a complete, consistent file and stay with you to the appointment. Each case is quoted on its own; the decision rests with the consulate.
Start with the home: proof of where you will live strengthens the application, and we can arrange it.

Add-ons are open to everyone, with or without a package. Each one is priced individually and quoted on request. Where your package already covers something, we tell you rather than sell it to you twice.

Is the price fixed?
Yes. The package price is confirmed in writing before we start. It covers the first child, and each additional child is $579. Add-ons are quoted separately, also in advance.
How do we pay?
In two installments: 50% when you sign, and the remaining 50% at the midpoint of your package. The midpoint is named in your agreement, so you know before you sign what triggers the second invoice.
Is the $49 discovery call credited back?
Yes, on P2 and P3. Sign within 20 calendar days of the call and the full $49 comes off your first installment. P1 is not eligible: there the $49 stands as a paid discovery call.
Can you guarantee a school place?
No, and nobody honestly can. What you are buying is the work of applying properly: the right schools, the points mapped, the dossier complete and filed on time. The decision rests with the school and the Junta de Andalucía.
Do you handle visas?
Student visas are one of our services: we prepare the application with you and see it through. For other visas (digital nomad, non-lucrative, work) we refer you to a partner we trust. The decision itself belongs to the consulate.
What if we need more schools or walkthroughs?
Extra shortlists, meetings and walkthroughs are add-ons, quoted on request. Most families stay within what their package includes.
When should we start?
The earlier we plan, the better. At least six months before the move is the best time to start working with us, and for a September school place earlier still, because applications go in the March before. Each step needs time. A later start is often still possible, but it has to be run off-cycle, which is why those families usually need P3. Ask us either way, and we will tell you honestly whether your timeline works.
Can we start with P1 and move up?
You can. You pay the difference, not the full price again.
Are third-party costs included?
No, with one exception: the move-in general clean is included in P2 and P3, and at P3 we carry it out ourselves. Rent, deposits, school fees, government fees and all other contractor costs are paid by you directly.
What about recognising our child's transcripts?
Homologación and convalidación are outside what we do today, and we will not put a date on them. If you need one, we refer it to a partner. Sworn translation of academic documents is available as an add-on.
