Students from outside the EU
A course in Spain that runs longer than three months usually means a student visa, applied for before you travel. It covers university, a master’s, vocational training and many language courses.
Gap year students
A year in Seville before university, often to learn Spanish. Not every course qualifies for a student visa, so we check yours before anything else is planned.
EU, EEA and Swiss passports
No visa is needed. There is still registration to do once you arrive, and we help with that as part of settling in.

No course, no application
Without a confirmed place on the right kind of course there is no application. Families are often surprised how much rests on that one letter.
Documents that disagree
Names, dates and figures have to match across every document in the file. Small inconsistencies are one of the most common reasons a file comes back.
Starting too late
Some papers take weeks to obtain, some expire, and appointments do not wait. Leaving it late causes more trouble than getting it wrong.

The home comes first: proof of where you will live makes the application stronger, and we can arrange it before you apply. Once you have the visa, there are still the utilities, the appointments and the rest of settling in to get through, and most people only realise how much that is once they have landed.
