Points mapping
Before arrivalYour real chances, before you choose a home.
Empadronamiento
In person · P2 and P3Your address registration, booked and prepared.
What we do, and what we do not.
- Find schools that fit your child
- Map your chances, apply properly
- Find the home in the zone (P2, P3)
- Stay with you after you arrive
- Promise a place: schools and the Junta decide
- Act as your lawyer or estate agent
- Use an address you will not live at

A student visa, without the guesswork.
For students coming to Seville, gap years included. We plan the route, build the file with you, and stay with you to the decision.
Compare the student packages
Add only what you need.
Add-ons are open to everyone, with or without a package, and quoted on request. If your package already covers something, we tell you.
Good to know.
Is the price fixed?
Yes. The package price is confirmed in writing before we start. It covers the first child, and each additional child is $579. Add-ons are quoted separately, also in advance. Sign at least six months before you arrive and the package is 10% less; the $49 call credit still applies.
How do we pay?
In two installments: 50% when you sign, and the remaining 50% at the midpoint of your package. The midpoint is named in your agreement, so you know before you sign what triggers the second invoice. You can pay by Wise, or by bank transfer to GoTyme Bank or BPI. The account details come with each invoice.
Is the $49 discovery call credited back?
Yes, on P2 and P3. Sign within 20 calendar days of the call and the full $49 comes off your first installment. On P1 the $49 stands as a paid discovery call.
More questions (6)
Can you guarantee a school place?
No, and nobody honestly can. What you are buying is the work of applying properly: the right schools, the points mapped, and the dossier complete. The decision rests with the school and the Junta de Andalucía.
Do you handle visas?
For a child or young person coming to study, yes: student visas are one of our services. For the family's own visa (digital nomad, non-lucrative, work) we refer you to a partner we trust, and plan the school and the home around it. The decision itself belongs to the consulate.
When should we start?
Earlier than most families expect. Public school places follow a fixed yearly calendar, so a September place is settled many months before. A later start is often still possible, with fewer options. On the discovery call we tell you where your dates stand.
Can we start with P1 and move up?
You can. You pay the difference, not the full price again.
Are third-party costs included?
No, with one exception: the move-in general clean is included in P2 and P3, and at P3 we carry it out ourselves. Rent, deposits, school fees, government fees, and all other contractor costs are paid by you directly.
What about recognising our child's transcripts?
Yes, we handle it with you, and we start it as early as the documents allow because it is slow. The decision and its date belong to the Spanish education authorities. Sworn translation of academic documents is available as an add-on.
Find out which one fits.
That is what the first call is for. $49, credited against P2 or P3 if you sign within 20 days.
