Schengen visa support

Short stays in Europe, prepared properly.

For visits of up to 90 days in Spain or anywhere else in the Schengen area. We prepare the application with you, so every page tells the consulate the same clear story.

  • One person from start to decision
  • Every document checked against the others

Who it is for

Any short stay in the Schengen area.

A scouting trip before a move.

Schools and neighbourhoods seen in person before you commit.

Family and friends visiting.

Grandparents and relatives coming to see a family who already live here.

A short course.

A course under 90 days is a short-stay visa, not a student visa.

Travel anywhere in Schengen.

Spain or any other Schengen country. Your trip decides which consulate you apply to, and we prepare the file for that one.

A way in for a bigger move.

Some residence routes, like Spain's digital nomad visa, can be applied for from inside the country. A Schengen visa gets you there.

What the consulate is really reading.

A Schengen visa is decided on paper, by someone who has never met you. Most refusals come from the file, not from the traveller. Our Schengen money calculator shows roughly how much to have in your account for your trip.

Knowing which papers to send, and making each one say what it should,
is the part we do with you.

How it works

Four steps, start to decision.

  1. TodayChoose and pay half.

Pick a package, see the total, pay half and send us the proof.

  2. Once your half is inWe build your file with you.

A consultant calls you to go through anything else we need. Every page then tells the consulate the same clear story. The other half falls due once your appointment is booked.

  3. On the dayYou attend your appointment.

At the visa centre, with the file ready.

  4. After the appointmentThe consulate decides.

We stay with you until your passport is back.

Packages

Three ways to apply.

Not included: the consulate's visa fee and the visa centre's service fee, which you pay directly at your appointment. Flights and hotels are yours too, unless you ask us to book them: then the fares are quoted before we book. In Concierge, the visa centre's extras we book for you are at cost. You pay in US dollars, by Wise or bank transfer: half when you send the checkout, the other half once your appointment is booked.

What we promiseThe strongest application for your trip.

Add-ons

On their own, or with any package.

If you are preparing the file yourself, take only the parts you need. Each is priced on its own, and nothing your package already includes is charged twice.

Good to know.

Do I need a Schengen visa?

It depends on your passport, not on where you live. Philippine passport holders need one for the Schengen area; many other passports do not. We check yours first.

What does it cost?

Prices are in US dollars and shown on this page. Second Look is $69 for the application. Visa Ready is $149 for the first traveller and $119 for each one after. Concierge is $249 for the first traveller and $169 for each one after, and is the one where we do everything: one case manager, a practice appointment on video and refusal support included, within six months. The insurance policy and the visa centre's extras we book for you are at cost. You see the total before you send, and we confirm it by email before any work starts. You pay half when you check out and the other half once your appointment is booked. The visa fee is paid to the visa centre, separately.

Can you guarantee the visa?

No. Every visa decision belongs to the consulate, and so does the time it takes. What we can promise is the strongest application for your trip.

I was refused before. Can I apply again?

Yes. A refusal comes with its reasons, and a new application has to answer them rather than repeat the first one. We start by reading the refusal letter with you. If an application we prepare in Concierge is refused, the appeal or a new application is included, when it is filed within six months of the refusal. With the other packages we can prepare it for a small fee. The decision stays with the consulate either way.

Can a short-stay visa turn into residence?

Not on its own. A short-stay visa is not residence. Some routes, such as Spain's digital nomad visa, can be applied for from inside Spain while your short stay is valid; that is a separate application, decided by the authorities, which we refer to a partner. For moving with children or coming to study, the right visa comes first, which is what our packages are for.

Can I apply with my family?

Yes. Each traveller has their own application, and every traveller after the first costs less in Visa Ready and Concierge. Children travel on their own application too.

Is there an interview?

Sometimes. That is the consulate's call, not ours. Concierge includes a practice appointment on video, built from your own file: every document and the questions you may be asked. With the other packages, a briefing call before your appointment is an add-on.

Which country do I apply to?

The one your trip centres on, not the one that is easiest. We confirm it with you before anything is filed.

I am already working with you on a move.

Say so in the checkout, and wait for our reply before you pay the first half. We check the trip against your package, so nothing is charged twice.
