The Assessment
A few short questions, so the call starts with your situation and not the basics.
No charge to answer. The call at the end is $49.
The Spanish school year begins in September. Applications for a September place are submitted the previous March, so the whole plan runs backwards from that March window.
- Start by NovemberThe ordinary timeline. Every step happens in sequence, with room to compare schools and then choose a home in the right zone.
- December to FebruaryStill possible, but off-cycle: the school search and the housing search have to run in parallel, and fewer places are realistic.
- March or laterThe main round has closed for that September. We work with vacancies as they appear, or aim at the following year instead.
In plain terms: for a September start, the application goes in around the March before, and the comfortable moment to begin with us is the November before that. For any move, the earlier we plan, the better.

How do we pay the $49?
Through Wise, using the link on the last screen of the assessment. Put the reference shown there in the payment message: it makes it easier for us to confirm your payment. Then send a screenshot of the payment to [email protected]. You can book your time straight away; it is held for 24 hours while the payment reaches us, and we remind you 3 hours before it is released. If a bank transfer is easier, write to [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp and we will send the details.
What happens on the call?
Thirty minutes, by video call. We map your timeline, look at your academic goals and tell you honestly which schools are feasible from where you are. You leave knowing what is realistic, what it would cost and what we would do first.
Why is the call $49?
Because the work starts on the call, not after it. We read your assessment and look at your dates, your children and the school routes before we speak, so the thirty minutes are spent on your situation rather than on intake. Sign for P2 or P3 within 20 calendar days and the full $49 comes off your first installment.
What if we cancel?
Cancel within 24 hours of paying and the $49 is refunded, less the transfer fee. After that it is kept, whenever the call is.
What should we have ready?
Your rough dates, the ages of any children, and the part of the move that worries you most. That is enough.
Do you handle visas?
Student visas are one of our services: we prepare the application with you and see it through. For other visas (digital nomad, non-lucrative, work) we refer you to a partner we trust. The decision itself belongs to the consulate.
Bloom Seville is an education and relocation advisory. Final admissions decisions rest with individual schools and the Junta de Andalucía. Legal review of a lease is referred to an independent lawyer the family engages directly. Visa decisions rest with the consulate.
