One more than P1 and P2, where the school offers them. Private and international schools usually meet families; most state schools do not, especially outside the ordinary timeline.

Up to two properties, with field agents, a neighbourhood safety audit and a check that the water and utilities work, all in a written report with photos.
Bank account booking and instruction kit
Booked, with written instructions for the appointment itself.
Cl@ve and digital certificate setup
Both booked and guided. These are what unlock everything else online.
Move-in general clean, carried out by us
We carry it out ourselves before you move in. It is included.
Dedicated coordination support
Replaces email-only support. A named coordinator and regular updates.
20 days of post-arrival concierge
On WhatsApp, for the first weeks after you land, when everything happens at once.

Most families choose P3 to get their own time back. It also absorbs an off-cycle or mid-term arrival.

Is the price fixed?
Yes. It is confirmed in writing before we start, and covers the first child. Each additional child is $579.
How do we pay?
In two installments: 50% when you sign, and 50% at the midpoint named in your agreement.
Can we move up a tier later?
Yes. You pay the difference, not the full price again.
