Local, in person.Inspections, contractor visits and tenant handovers happen with someone physically there, not over email from another country.
Both languages.Your tenant, the community administrator and the plumber all deal with us in Spanish. You get the summary in English.

Do you manage short-term or holiday lets?
No. Long-term rentals only.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly percentage of the rent, set for your property and confirmed in writing before we start. Contractor and repair costs are separate and always approved by you first.
Do you find tenants as well?
Yes, as part of Full management, along with the move-in and move-out between tenants.
I do not live in Spain. Does that matter?
No. Most of the owners we work with are abroad. That is the reason the service exists.
Can I stay involved?
As involved as you want. Some owners want every decision, some want a monthly summary. Both are fine, as long as we agree which up front.
